Industry Standard Tracking Systems
We use industry standard tracking systems for all our work. These track every stage from the initial contact, though problem identification, replacement component ordering, work undertaken by our engineers and finally closure of the case.
At all stages through this process an e-mail address nominated by you will receive notifications and progress updates. This means that you get to see the information on our system and to keep a close eye on progress. It also means that it's easier for you to reconcile any invoices we provide against the work we have done.
