Most problems can be repaired very quickly - in most circumstances, our suppliers can deliver replacement components and machines by the next working day. Sometimes specialist equipment or particularly complex problems can take longer. In either case, we will give you a clear "Time to Fix" statement so you know when you're likely to be fully functional again.
Intermediate Fixes
We carry an extensive stock of standard items that can help to keep you running while we're working on your full repair. Our intermediate fixes may not provide the full functionality of your broken system but should provide sufficient functionality to cover essential activities in the short term.
