Ad-hoc support & repairs

We offer an ad-hoc support & repairs service that allows you the security of knowing that whenever you require professional support, Gwyddon are only a phone call away.

Our ad-hoc support includes either a site visit or a remote session using secure web technologies to assist in the resolution of your issues.

Our ad-hoc repairs are available in standard or express options: The standard option includes the repair of a faulty computer and replacement hardware and software. Your machine will be collected within 48 hours and repaired within 5 working days. With the express option, we can be called out within 24 hours and will complete the repair within 2 working days.

Project Support

Gwyddon specialise in supporting Small/Medium Enterprise during various infrastructure projects such as business expansion, hardware/software upgrades and technology migrations.

Our experience in project deployment allows your current support staff to either gain valuable product experience or the ability to concentrate on business as usual issues, while we deal with all work and any issues relating to the project.

Through our carefully selected supply and distribution partners Gwyddon can supply more than just experience to our clients.

Maintenance Plans

We offer our clients the ability to put their systems on a maintenance plan that will give priority logging and response for any issues that you experience.

Our maintenance plans are flexible and can range from 1 or 2 mission critical machines, such as a file server or e-mail/web server to your entire office.

With our maintenance plans you get a fixed amount of support hours that can be used towards any issues that are experienced. Gwyddon offer the option to upgrade to unlimited hours.

Maintenance plans can be used for any combination of the following:

  • User Support
  • Machine Maintenance
  • Labour

Our standard maintenance plan does not include hardware costs; these will be added to your account statement at cost plus VAT.
